A proposal aimed at the collective/mixed-use space and regeneration of a former historic cinema located at 2 Prince of Wales Road in Kentish Town.

Currently being used as a council building, the site features internal cavity walls, constructed in the 1980’s, alongside decorative historic features including plaster cornicing. With a demolition of the 1980’s internal cavity walls, and careful restoration of the historic plaster cornicing, the aim of the proposal is to feature two different types of functions that will operate within the same space at varying times. One function, being a farmers market, will be scheduled to operate during the morning and afternoon, whilst change-over to the pub/comedy club will happen in the late afternoon, where the pub/comedy club will run into the late evening.
