Heidy Hemar

Heidy Hemar is a French-Nigerian art director based in London, specialising in digital design and styling. Her work sits at the intersection of high fashion and dream worlds, with occasional influences from street style and cyber aesthetics to produce work that feels both magic and relatable.

Growing up in the south of France, Hemar developed an early appreciation for fashion through observing street style and the individuality of personal expression. This foundation continues to inform her approach to styling and visual storytelling today. Her work is also deeply influenced by fantasy and sci-fi, particularly in animation, where intricate character design, detailed garments, and imaginative worlds inspire her visual language.

Hemar is proficient in Adobe Illustrator and developing skills in Blender, Nomad Sculpt, After Effects, and Photoshop, she continues to expand her multidisciplinary practice. Guided by a love for colours especially blue she creates visually rich, atmospheric work that blends emotion, storytelling, and design into a distinctive creative identity.

Escape Modes3D design for Hemar's project which proposes a conceptual collaboration between POP MART’s Skullpanda and Diesel. As an art director specialising in digital design, she aims to explore visual storytelling and branding through this collaboration. The project reimagines Skullpanda and Diesel using a cyber goddess and cyber Y2K aesthetic, combining Diesel’s cyberpunk energy with POP MART’s playful and whimsical character identity.
