Kyle Talag

Kyle Talag is a designer specialising in user ergonomics and experience design, with work spanning multiple disciplines. Inspired by approaching problem spaces from new angles, he brings a cross disciplinary perspective that asks how products can become more intuitive and human friendly. With previous experience studying architecture, Talag draws on spatial thinking to inform the way people interact with the objects and systems around them.

When beginning a project, Talag approaches problems by conducting thorough analysis where he is able to highlight points of interest and friction. He often considers the human rational behind user actions, establishing perspectives early.

Glyphs, Locked Interface
Glyphs, Locked Interface – Notifications are consolidated into shapes and colours that correspond to alerts from installed apps while the phone is docked. Over time, these alerts form patterns that move along the screen.
