Eylül Yılmaz is a multidisciplinary design student currently studying Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at Ravensbourne University London. Her practice explores the relationship between architecture, culture, materiality, and spatial experience through both digital and physical experimentation.
Yılmaz has a strong interest in interior architecture, visual storytelling, and model making, often combining laser cutting, collage, photography, and 3D design processes to develop immersive spatial concepts. Her recent projects investigate themes such as cultural identity, ornament, light, shadow, and the emotional impact of minimal architectural spaces. She regularly works with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino 8, Canva, and physical prototyping techniques to translate research into conceptual outcomes. Her design approach is research-driven, using primary observations, museum visits, architectural studies, and material experimentation to inform her work.
Alongside Yılmaz's academic projects, she is developing a professional portfolio focused on contemporary interior and spatial design. She aims to continue her studies within architecture and interior design, with an interest in creating spaces that balance atmosphere, cultural expression, and human experience.
