Daisy-Mae Roberts

Daisy-Mae Roberts chose to study Urban Landscape Architecture to pursue her interest in the relationship between people and nature, the urban context being an environment in which that is most tested.

With her practice she aspires to create the same joy and whimsicality she feels coming across thriving biodiversity where it's not necessarily expected, whether that be a flower growing through a crack in the concrete or a well designed green space.

The exploration of model making using biodegradable and natural materials has been a key interest of hers throughout time spent at university, others include research, art, reading, music and gardening.

In the future Roberts' hopes to be involved in multidisciplinary practice and is set on expanding her knowledge on horticulture and ecology.
