Tia Packwood

Tia Packwood is a soon to be graduate preparing to enter the industry with a broad and practical skill set. Throughout her time at Ravensbourne University London. She has gained experience in a range of different roles including, camera operating, sound recording and operation and even directing.

In her final year, Packwood progressed into more senior roles such as producer, production manager and 1st assistant director, demonstrating her leadership, organisation and ability to manage a range of productions. This experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the collaborative nature of the work.

Packwood has developed a particular interest in the role of floor management and is keen to pursue this as a future career path. She has also been able to complete work experience at ITV Daytime back in April 2025, where she gained valuable insight into a professional broadcast environment and was able to learn from experienced industry practitioners
