Anmol Hossen is a motion designer who cares about the extraordinary and believes motion has the power to turn reality into something exciting and unreal. She is fascinated by the world of nature and enjoys working on projects that allow creative freedom to experiment and play which can lead to create abstract things. She values original ideas and making work to inspire, relying on evoking feelings of interest and wonder in viewers.
Cactijelly – This project explores the parallel between Astrophytum asteria (cacti) and jellyfish. It is an experimental outcome of Hossen's idea through motion. It uses a data-driven form so that these opposing living beings can adapt and survive in both environments.
